Jeremy learns what it is to say busy season. A true test to a relationship, learning to put up with the stress, long hours at work, lack of sleep, grumpiness, lack of attention and more. Hopefully a couple weeks, twice a year doable. The past several weeks of my life have been stuck in the office with this dude, my boss Derik. It's been fun and laid back, dinners at the Press Box will decrease and we will have more smiles on our faces. Notice the mess on Derik's desk.....you would think his desk is messy because of the end of our busy season but nope, it's always this unkept.
This one is over and done, and it's about time. Plans for the summer have been in the works and dreamed about for several weeks. Although a phone call today may possibly add a trip to Estonia, possibly to cause some adjustments. The majority of the summer will entail, cycling, mountain biking, being outside and ofcourse sailing. It all starts today with a mountain bike ride in the dark with post ride beverages.
