news for the new year

Before my head explodes with the mounds of opportunities that are beginning to take shape, i must blog. The Dallas office is finally expanding, the work load and responsibility is increasing, and Jeremy and I are further discussing our future. It is like 2009 is planning itself, right now. Passing the CPA exam in the next 6 to 8 months is a goal, which could inturn lead to a very nice promotion. Our Dallas office as finally hired a new MD for our tax department (meaning a long awated exponential growth for our department). With him will bring new clients, new ideas, new staff (maybe) and a stronger growth in the over all UHY Dallas office. Personally I found out today as well that I will be receiving a new division of State work, we are talking state work for all 50 states (a little scary). This engagement will be completely managed by me (meaning increased review work, responsibility and opportunities).
