After lots of hard work and many hours of trail work Oak Cliff Nature Preserve held its first ever Cross Country race. DORBA put on race one of four in this year's local series. The weather was beautiful. The crowds and attendance were great. Trish had a good race. Had the holeshot at the start n got 2nd place at the end! I had the lead all but the last mile of my race and had mechanical issues that cost me two positions for a 3rd place. oh well, it was a fantastic day with tons of friends and good times.

Other than that, Trish's busy season is over! School is in full force for me keepin my free time to a minimum. Holiday plans are comin into conversation for the first time as a couple. Very exciting to anticipate this year's festivities with two families.
